Your doctor. Your doctor’s office decides whether a program is right for you and stays in charge of your care. PrimeVital works behind the scenes, helping clinics with nurses, technology and billing.
Does it cost anything?
Insurance may cover these services. Coverage and your share of the cost depend on the program and your plan. Ask your doctor’s office about deductibles, copays or coinsurance before starting.
How do I join?
Ask or call your doctor’s office. You will be asked to agree before you start, and you can stop at any time.
