When are patients contacted—and who responds?
There is no single published PrimeVital staffing schedule for every engagement. We agree the service hours, review cadence and handoffs with your practice before patients enroll. Device transmission and automated alerts do not by themselves mean a clinician is watching continuously.
Scheduled care
Define when readings are reviewed, routine outreach occurs, missed readings are followed up and documentation is completed.
Urgent concerns
Name the qualified responder, expected response times, escalation route and backup if the first contact cannot be reached. Agree any required after-hours access before launch.
Emergency instructions
Patients receive clear instructions not to wait for a device alert, routine callback or portal response in an emergency. The monitoring program does not replace emergency services.
Where a selected program requires round-the-clock access, the practice and support team must establish that access arrangement. It is not a promise of continuous device surveillance or a dedicated 24/7 PrimeVital nurse line.
Clinical scope, supervision, professional responsibilities and liability arrangements need clinical and legal review. A website cannot allocate liability for an individual event or remove a professional’s duties.
