These terms govern use of this public website—not any clinical program, patient enrollment, staffing contract, or client services agreement.
1. Purpose and scope
PrimeVital LLC (“PrimeVital,” “we,” “us”) publishes this website to describe its healthcare-operations offerings and provide general educational resources to practices and other organizations. Using this website or sending an inquiry does not create a clinical, staffing, business-associate, or client-service relationship. Any engagement requires separate written terms and, where applicable, privacy and security agreements.
2. Not medical advice or emergency care
This website does not diagnose, treat, or prescribe for an individual. Content here is not a substitute for a licensed clinician’s judgment. Website forms and email are not monitored as emergency channels; if you have a medical emergency, call 911 or seek emergency care. Patients seeking advice about their own care should contact their treating provider.
3. Programs, coverage, and reimbursement
Descriptions of care programs, codes, payer routes, reimbursement examples, staffing, or potential revenue are general information—not a promise of eligibility, payment, clinical outcome, return on investment, or availability in any location. Rules, fee schedules, contracts, and coverage change. The billing provider and its qualified advisors must confirm applicable law, payer policy, documentation, medical necessity, patient consent, cost sharing, and claim requirements before acting on an example.
4. Acceptable use and submissions
Use the website lawfully and do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or submit malicious content. Provide accurate contact information when requesting a response. Do not submit patient-identifying information or protected health information through public forms; use an agreed secure process if a business relationship requires patient-level data.
